Special Breaks in March 2012
These breaks are designed to give you a memorable "Taste of Wales" using fresh Welsh seasonal produce in menus designed by Ian Owen, one of Wales's rising stars. At the age of 25, he is one of the youngest chefs in Wales two gain two AA Rosettes. His background experiences include a mixture of working in well known multi Rosette and Michelin Star kitchens.
Cooking with Ian is Jonathan Reed, aged 23, senior chef de partie who recieved a silver medal and £1,000 prize money as runner up in the national Chef of Wales competition, at Welsh Interanational Culinary Championships held on Valentine's day.
Our style of cooking is modern British with a contemporary twist.

- Dinner includes any three courses from our Rosette A La Carte Menu with a meal allowance of £25.00 per person.
- Prices are per person per night for 2 persons sharing a double/twin room; minimum 2 consecutive nights at any time during March.
- Free Bed & Breakfast for children under 5; £5.00 per child per night aged 5-14; dinner as taken.
- Late check out till 11.00am on day of departure on request
