At the age of 25, he is one of the youngest chefs in Wales two gain two AA Rosettes. His background experiences include a mixture of working in well known multi Rosette and Michelin Star kitchens.
Cooking with Ian is Jonathan Reed, aged 23, senior chef de partie who recieved a silver medal and £1,000 prize money as runner up in the national Chef of Wales competition, at Welsh Interanational Culinary Championships held on Valentine's day.
