All bookings, irrespective of source, are subject to the following terms & conditions below:
Prices include VAT at the prevailing rate. Rate changes for confirmed bookings will be adjusted on departure
Prices exclude all drinks unless otherwise stated
Baby and children rates are based on sharing a room with at least two full paying adults
Special requests are at the discretion of the management
Guests with disabilities are welcome at all times. Please discuss with reservations first about specific needs before booking
Dogs are particularly welcomed at all times in the garden rooms only
We would respectfully remind guests that a booking constitutes a contract
Check in only from 3.00pm until 9.00pm daily. Failure to check in by these times will be treated as a non-show or cancellation, unless agreed beforehand and confirmed in writing by the hotel.
A deposit of £30.00 will be charged for every room booked
We regret that if a room booking is cancelled less than 7 days prior to 3.00pm on the day of arrival, the full amount will be charged less the cost of any meals not taken. However, if the room is subsequently re-let on behalf of the guest, then only the deposit will be forfeited.
If a room booking is cancelled more than 8 days prior to 3.00pm on the day of arrival, the deposit will be held for a period of 6 months to use against a further booking within this time period.
Room bookings and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable to another customer
Customers will be fully charged for early departure from rooms booked less any cost of meals not taken.
For any group bookings for 2 rooms or more, the person/company organising the booking will be solely responsible for all aspects of the reservation and compliance with our terms and conditions of business. In the event of any cancellations or rooms unable to be re-let, this person/company will be responsible for any charges incurred.
Bookings Through Third Party Website & Promotional Agencies
All bookings made through Laterooms, Booking.com, Expedia, promotional websites and agaencies will incur a £2 card transaction fee.
Customers who cancel their bookings made through Laterooms, Booking.com & Expedia, it is your responsibility to confirm this with the agency, not the hotel. The agency will then notify the hotel in writing. Failure to do so may result in the full room charge being applied. All bookings are still subject to the hotel’s standard terms and conditions. Such bookings are also subject to conditions as set out below under Public Holiday periods.
Any cancellation must be confirmed in writing, received and acknowledged by the hotel to be valid.
A minimum 2 night stay from Friday to Sunday is applicable for all bookings at weekends. Customers will be charged for the remainder of their booking if they depart earlier.
A minimum 2 night stay from Friday to Monday is applicable for all bookings over Easter, May and August Bank Holiday weekends. Rooms will be charged at full rate irrespective of booking source or type occupancy .Customers will be charged for the remainder of their booking if they depart earlier.
This is a non-smoking hotel. Customers who ignore this will be charged for all costs in removing any tobacco smells from any item in a room including lost room charges if in a bedroom.
Costs of any loss (including the loss of any hotel keys) from and or damage to any item in the hotel will be payable by the occupant or person/company responsible for the room booking/payment
Breaks and Super Savers are subject to room availability and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion
The Christmas period is from 24th-27th December and New Year is from 31st December to 1st January inclusive
